The building with apartments is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Malinska on the island of Krk. The distance of the building from the sea is approx. 150 m from the center of Malinska ca. 1000 m. Nearby there is a small shop with basic necessities. Along the entire length of the coast, there is a long promenade that leads to the center of the town, which is suitable for all recreationists, cyclists and walkers.
The apartment for 2-4 people is located on the 1st floor of a building with a total area of 38 square meters. It consists of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room with access to a terrace with a garden, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. The corner sofa in the living room serves as an additional bed for 1-2 people.
The tourist kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen towels, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.
The spacious garden with a terrace covers an area of 25 square meters. The terrace is equipped with seating, deckchairs, which can be covered with an awning and a barbecue.
Apartment equipment with one air conditioning unit, internet, terrestrial TV, washing machine. Guests can use the grill. 1 parking space provided for guests in front of the building. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Pets are not allowed.
