Baška is situated in a quiet valley in the middle of the bay, surrounded by picturesque hinterland with rich vineyards and olive groves. Bathed in pure, crystal clear sea Baška has the most beautiful beach on the island and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea, it is 1800 meters long and in front of it extends the islet of Prvić.

We suggest you to visit the church of Sv. Lucy in Jurandvor and have a look at the monument of early Croatian Glagolitic script, the Baska Tablet (from the year 1100) and you can also see a short movie that conveys the mystical story of its creation and discovery.
Surely walk along the Baška Glagolitic path, the path formed by the stone sculptures that extends from the saddle Treskavac, to the waterfront in Old Baška port. Here you will find 34 stone sculptures inscribed with the Glagolitic alphabet.
In order to meet the old, traditional way of life of local people, visit the Ethno house from the late 19th century which is located in the oldest part of Baška, Funtana. There you can see exposed kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor, quietly and proudly this old house talks about some remote, forgotten times of our ancestors.
