Family house in Porat, very close to the coast. From Porat to the center of Malinska there is a beautiful promenade along the coast. In the house there are 2 suites, each with one bedroom and 3 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. There is also a common room with TV for joint gatherings. The owner of the house lives in the same house and is available to guests. In the yard there is one parking space for each apartment. The nearest beach is only 250m away.
Very nice apartment with a perfect location, next to a grocery store and 150m from restaurants. Fully equipped with a lot of space and a large and comfortable bed. Nice and cozy balcony, too. Perfect for singles or a couple. Highly recommend it to everyone.
