The modern apartment building is located in an ideal and quiet location, and is ideal for a family holiday with children. The distance from the sea is only 300 m, from the center of Malinska 3 km. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment building there is a beautiful promenade by the sea that leads all the way to the center of Malinska. Numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries, pastry shops, bars, shops, banks, post office are located in the center of the town. Parking for guests is provided within the building. The modern apartment for 4-5 people is located in the small seaside resort of Vantačići, on the second floor of a luxury apartment building. It consists of a beautiful, covered balcony of 6.5 square meters with a view of the sea, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room - located in the same room, two bedrooms with a double bed, and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a TV. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can be extended into an extra bed intended for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an electric stove, a refrigerator combined with a freezer, a coffee machine and other kitchen utensils. The apartment has two air conditioners (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room), satellite TV, and wireless internet.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
