Family house, located in a quiet part of Njivice at a distance of 85 meters from the sea and 800 m from the center of Njivice. Because of the vicinity of the beach is very suitable for a family vacation. Opportunity for parking spaces on the road in front of apartment.
Apartment for up to 5 people. Size of 77m2. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Separated kitchen with a dining area, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric and gas cooker with oven, equipped with a variety of dishes, table and chairs. The living room is also a separate room. Apartment have big terrace equipped with garden furniture. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, washing machine in bathroom.
The apartment was simply excellent – spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Parking was convenient, and the sea was only a one-minute walk away. The large terrace with a sea view was a wonderful place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed: an oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, stovetop (two electric and two gas burners), a large refrigerator with a freezer, and plenty of cooking utensils and equipment. There was air conditioning in the bedroom, which was powerful enough to cool the living room as well. The apartment also had a washing machine (although we did not use it during our stay). The only thing missing was a hair dryer, but we did not actually need one. The Wi-Fi worked well (around 30/20 Mbps). Hot water was available almost instantly and with good water pressure. There was plenty of space throughout the apartment, including lots of storage, comfortable seating, and outdoor chairs and a table on the terrace. The owners were extremely friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. What more could you ask for? We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.
I can recommend it. We were satisfied. Clean, functional accommodation, practical equipment, large balcony with shade from trees, comfortable beds, spacious apartment, great and quiet location.
