The semi-detached house is spread over two floors. The size is 70 square meters. On the ground floor there is a terrace, then kitchen, living room and dining room, toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a separate bed and a extra bed, bathroom with tub and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. The living room has a sofa that has the possibility of additional single beds. House is equipped with satellite TV, Internet, air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
Holiday house is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Malinska in Oštrobradić, distance from the sea and 2700 meters. In the courtyard parking for guests. Guests can use a mobile grill. Pets are not allowed in the house.
Eine Woche abseits vom Trubel und doch nah am Meer, konnten wir eintauchen in kroatische ursprüngliche Lebensweise und freundliche Nachbarschaft. Wir bekamen Eis und Käse von nebenan und die Besitzer haben uns zum Abschied Öl und Wein auf ganz liebenswerte Art auf die Terrasse gestellt. Wir haben keinen Luxus gesucht, dafür aber Ruhe, Schlichtheit und viele neue Erfahrungen erhalten. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Einrichtung von ihrer Zeit gezeichnet, jedoch nicht kaputt. Ein Fenster sollte jedoch repariert werden, da es nicht mehr schloss. Wir danken für diese schöne Zeit und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
