The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. A baby cot is available on request. This floor also includes a comfortable 25 m² bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed and an additional 90 × 200 cm bed, a private bathroom and a 10 m² terrace, as well as an additional separate toilet.
The first floor features three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One of the rooms has a private terrace, while the other two – both 19 m² with 160 × 200 cm beds – share a large 14 m² terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The second floor offers the largest bedroom in the house – a spacious 30 m² suite with a 180 × 200 cm bed and an additional 90 × 200 cm bed. The room includes a private bathroom, a large 14 m² terrace and a small kitchenette, making this space especially suitable for guests seeking an extra level of privacy.
