The spacious 450 m² villa, designed for a comfortable stay of up to 14 guests, offers an ideal combination of privacy, comfort and modern architecture. Located in a peaceful setting, it is spread across several floors and provides plenty of space for socializing as well as complete relaxation in the privacy of your own room.
In the basement level, there is a fully equipped 20 m² gym and a spacious 25 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a private bathroom, air conditioning and access to a private 10 m² terrace.
The ground floor serves as the central living area of the house – a large living room connected to a modern kitchen with a total area of 48 m². The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. A baby cot is available on request. This floor also includes a comfortable 25 m² bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed and an additional 90 × 200 cm bed, a private bathroom and a 10 m² terrace, as well as an additional separate toilet.
The first floor features three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One of the rooms has a private terrace, while the other two – both 19 m² with 160 × 200 cm beds – share a large 14 m² terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The second floor offers the largest bedroom in the house – a spacious 30 m² suite with a 180 × 200 cm bed and an additional 90 × 200 cm bed. The room includes a private bathroom, a large 14 m² terrace and a small kitchenette, making this space especially suitable for guests seeking an extra level of privacy.
